What is helpful to include
- Which calculator you were using (for example, the weekly or biweekly page).
- The exact times or settings you entered, so we can reproduce it.
- What you expected versus what the tool showed.
- Your device and browser, if the problem looks like a display issue.
What we cannot do
We are the makers of a calculator, not a payroll provider or a law firm. We cannot give payroll, tax, or legal advice, tell you what your specific employer owes you, or access any of your data — your entries never leave your browser, so we never see them. For questions about your pay, contact your employer or your local labor authority.
